When is the terminal open?
The terminal is open daily from 4:30 AM to 11:00 PM
I lost something at the airport, do you have a lost and found?
Please call the airport administrative office at 775-777-7191 Monday-Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Where is the after-hours car rental drop off key box located?
The after-hours car rental key drop boxes are located outside the northwest terminal entrance. The drop boxes are located to the right of the sliding doors. Rental cars should be parked in the lot located on the northwest side of the terminal building.

Where can I charge my personal electronic device at the airport?
There are desks and chairs located in the baggage claim area where you can charge your personal electronic device for free.
Where can I take my service animal for a bathroom break?
There is a pet relief area located outside the terminal building on the North side as indicated on the map below.

Where is the airport administration office located?
The airport administrative office is located on the south side of the airport terminal building. Access can only be made by walking around the building to the door facing the Ruby Mountains.

If I have lost a bag who do I contact?
Please proceed to the ticket counter in the terminal building and ring the bell for service. If there are no staff present please call the airline.

How early do I need to arrive to check in before my flight?
We recommend you arrive 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure at the latest to ensure you make your flight.

Parking FAQ's

Where do I pay for long term parking?
There are two options to pay for parking:

You may pay for parking at the automated kiosk inside the terminal. 
You may also pay at the automated kiosk located at the exit lane of the parking lot.

All major credit cards are accepted. Cash and check are not accepted.
How long may I leave my vehicle in the long term parking lot?
You may leave the vehicle for as long as you need for travel. The daily rate is $10.00/day.
What is the daily parking rate?
The first two hours of parking are free. All parking over 2 hours is charged at a rate of $10.00 per day.
